Shipping Policy
Orders Typically ship out within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Most, if not all products we sell are made in the USA and will only ship domestically within the United States. Typical shipping times are usually 2-5 business days. If you have not received an order, feel free to contact us and we will either get an estimate on the products arrival or a replacement if it was lost in transit.
Return Policy
All Sales are final with the exception of damaged or defective or damaged goods upon arrival. One other exception to this policy is an incorrect order (you were sent something you didn't order or did not receive part or all of your order). If any of these exceptions occur you can email us at thegoldcross.store@gmail.com where we can review the order in question and replace defective or missing goods.
